Deep-pocket mega-corporations rarely take a losing verdict or sentence as the final word --- you'll read about this again in another 24-48 months, (it usually takes a very long time to get an appeal or "higher court" date). By the time the final verdict and any resulting court order occur, it will all be outdated news.
