That happens sometimes with our electricity bill.
Our zip code overlaps two towns. However, PG&E insists that ALL people who live in our zip code MUST live in the next town over.
hence, all our bills have the wrong town name on them.
Our carrier has said that mail will be returned unless they put the right town name on it, but PG&E insists that it is "IMPOSSIBLE" in their system to change the way that town names are assigned to zip codes.
these are the people we trust to manage delivery of energy that we are so dependent upon. No wonder their gas pipelines blow up from time to time...
