Just an FYI that if you have a zero balance credit card that doesn't send you a monthly statement when it has a zero balance that you should check your balance online every month regardless.
If something suddenly invokes a small charge that you have set up for annual auto-payments or bridge toll payments or something periodic, and you haven't had a balance on this card in the last 6 months, thus no statements, then you won't notice when your postal worker suddenly loses his freaking mind and starts inexplicably returning this credit card statement as undeliverable.
Why did he start returning it? Somehow the credit card company lost the APT # on the account and no explanation how that happened either. Now there are only 12 mailboxes in the cluster and it's the same name on the account, same name on the mailbox, so how lazy or stupid must one letter carrier be to not figure this out? Funny, same stupid mail carrier manages to put the neighbors stuff in my mailbox all the time so randomly delivering things to the wrong place seems to be a habit.
Needless to say, said postal worker shouldn't be surprised when his career is inexplicably cut short in the upcoming layoffs and/or there's also no holiday bonus this year in my mailbox.
TIP: sign up for electronic statements and if possible, bill pay, as bill pay will notify you if an expected bill doesn't show up each month as a reminder to go check it online.
