I have lots, but I enjoy having a human mix my music sometimes, and the BBC is still one of the best.

I wonder if it's a delay in the digital broadcast

No, I'm pretty sure it's just Moyles. ;-) I actually have to listen to him when no one's home, because the rest of the house can't stand him.

The Sirius promo crashing might be the delay. Interestingly, I'm told that the delay from BBC transmission to Sirius receiver can sometimes be up to 8 seconds!
