If it's that he can't stop talking, then, he's not alone. There's a guy on our local radio station that is atrocious at timing and often speaks over the tracks. I don't believe he has any idea. I turn the radio off when his show is on, which is two and a half hours of agony, imho. Worse than just the three seconds!
