Couple weeks back, PBS was asking for money and therefore did what they always do: throw out the regular programming that makes people tune to PBS in the first place, and put on a bunch of specials instead. In this case, concert of early-to-mid-60's music. Nice. And then, so help me, they started blathering about being in college at the time, and inviting people to send in memories.

Uhm... Thinking it over... Dear PBS, are you absolutely certain that college memories from the '60's will be suitable for prime time?
