@frontpage, can you tell me what was criminal about Wikileaks? What law did they break? Leaking information can be a crime, distributing that leaked information is not (or a good many journalists would be in jail).

@Philospher, the DDOS attacks on Wikileaks were conducted, at least in part, from the US. Is it legal to DDOS foreign websites from a US base - i.e. is the US a safe haven for DDOS? Given that the investigation of Anonymous is now international, it is pretty certain that some police force that is investigating Anonymous should be investigating the attacks on WIkileaks too.
