No plans this year other than a small family get togther. Travel itinerary consists of a short 6 mile hop on I-470 across town, one exit and two left turns and I'm there. My two brothers are coming in from out of state with their wives which will be nice. Everyones kids are grown now and not having children around takes a lot of the excitement and manic hysteria out of the holiday, or at least it does for me. Not the spirit of it, mind you, but certainly some of the enthusiasm. Christmas with a bunch of old fogeys just doesn't have the same flavor as it does when the house is full of kids.

Doesn't have the same price tag either, so I guess that's some consolation.
