My kids love pbskids.org, fantastic representation of flash done right. They also love yo gabba gabba's website, which does a fine job of semlessly integrating everything so a kid can click through it. Flash doesn't suck ;)

Even hulu spoke up about functionality they have in flash that adds value over what they can do in html5

glad to see adobe playing it nice though.. easier to win hearts and minds that way
