The only way I know to keep kid preds off the net is to whack off their fingers so they can't type. Appears we can't whack off the offending member...or keep them behind bars, or deal with them in a final fashion.

These bozos continue to legislate some of the strangest non-enforcable laws just so they can add large penalties, and think they did something good.

I don't condone vigilante justice, but with this particular breed of vermin I'm not sure what really works.

Late night. Have had it happen to little folks I love(d) and I'm not, perhaps, the best person to ask "how do we deal with this?"
