I am on Comcast at home and it seems that its gotten worse since reading about them limiting speed and I don't even share videos, pics, or music. I really don't pay attention to the speed I get, but lately its been at least half of what I used to get when I started my service.
I really think it is a bait & switch operation, they over promise and way underdeliver, and hope that no one pays attention to what speed they are actually getting (and 99.9% of customers don't pay attention, they just assume its working fine).
