THE COMPROMISE Online services that provide any track from any label, internationally, for a set per track fee (example .50 - 1.00 per track) or alternatively a monthly subscription. I then compose my own CDs, and am a happy camper.

I'd subscribe, and I'm not even a huge music fanatic. Roadblock there is getting the labels to give rights to distribute their music to one central entity...
