Account ceased due to spam - 75,000 emails sent on Saturday blah blah blah I decided to test him out a little... I asked him if he could think of any reason why he might not be able to access, after about 5 minutes and 10 crappy reasons he drops in something about he sent a few emails :) Our abuse team had 114 complaints regarding him after only four days, it was all pr0n I was told! I work for a ISP on the tech help desk, I get a call the other day from a person who cant access the net on his ADSL line, I run the usual checks on his account... payment details, username, password etc etc! I then have a look to see if there any internal notes added to his account details and what do I see...
