In addtion, anyone should have the right to object, or not, to the appearance in streetview. It's a free choice, and we should respect that choice. What makes the case special is that it's the first of its kind.
The key here is the fact that private property was assumed public. If we let that slip, then there is no respect for privacy. Everyone should have the option, or not, for protection of their privacy.
