LOL! Love them, but prefer women! Unfortunately, I haven't yet met a woman yet who has the strength to dig deep into those shoulder and back muscles. ;) On another note, I sometimes have problems just getting to sleep. Can find myself laying in bed for hours before I nod off. I've tried many different things but there are only two that I follow that seem to work for me. 1st is daily excercize. I get up early and run 4 to 5 miles on weekdays - helps add to being physically tired at night. 2nd, No code work within 2 hours of going to bed. If I do, I find myself working out functions, loops, and what-have-you while my eyes are closed. Not very conducive to sleep though I have done some of my best work at those moments! As for Nyquil, Sominex, et al - they don't work for me. I have found that a cup of "Throat Coat" tea or a warm cup of milk (finished 30 mins before bed) work rather nicely but I think it's more psychological. And I hope no one minds if I add this but S.. is a nice precursor to sleep as well.
