Lived with insomnia since I was 13, Melatonin and Kava Kava usually have me sleeping within minutes after hitting the pillow. I recall seeing a thread about sleeping difficulties but am too tired to look it up. G'night folks.
Melatonin and Kava Kava root. If I am having extreme difficulty sleeping I add some Valerian to the mix.
