I drink the following by the gallon here in Malaysia... it is a great way to combine caffine and somewhere the thermostat is obviously broken.

Needed:
Two heaped tsp Nescafe instant 'coffee'
1 fl oz (or similar) boiling water
One ripe banana
Handful of ice cubes
Pint of milk (chilled)
Blender / smoothie maker / liquidiser

Stick the coffee into the blender, pour the boiling water on top. Run blender for about 2 seconds to mix coffee and avoid lumps and sticking. Add all other ingredients and blend until lightly foaming.

Drink!
