For years, when at the computer, I have been sitting on an armless wooden wheelback chair with a folded towel on the seat. Perfect, I thought (and felt). Ergonomically superb. Have to sit with straight back. Towel is a touch of comfort.

But today, for Christmas, I received a leather surfaced director's chair with wheels, leanback, arms, and height adjustment. I'm on it now. I could get used to it but miss the towel.

What are you sitting on now? How does it feel, and can it be improved?
