Whilst I agree that purcahses can be made to improve things, this one isn't in an area that will make a difference to the biggest issues that Yahoo has.

Let's not forget that Yahoo is expanding it's 'search network' rapidly to make up for the loss of tier 1 traffic (without much scrutiny of quality as far as I can see). At the same time it's struggling to cater for it's current 'bread and butter' customer base by putting Panama further back.

The recent 60 hour DTC outage points to serious issues that can't be fixed by buying a rich media ad creation system.
