Hi FM,

It has been speculated that SmartPiercing partly works by categorising your site so that even if it only has conversion data for a similar *category* of site to yours it can make a guess for your site. This would be sensible I think.

You'll note I used "at least" and other lawyerly evasions in my previous post. If I knew for sure then ASA would be sending the back helicopters over.
