A good many newbies here probably don't even know they could search the forums using Google.

This is what keeps me from posting here more. I don't want to repost, but having to search that way is lame, so I mostly just read all the other reposts. (this is also the reason why I haven't searched to find out why there is no user-friendly integrated search feature here)
