The AdSense help says that the PIN will be sent first class after your account reaches $50.

Lol, if first class means over a month than don't get first class anymore. I JUST received mine after they supposedly sent it out on the 17th of June. I live in Canada BTW, and have never had anything from the U.S. take over 2 weeks.
