Seriously, repeat visitors are what the web is all about. No repeat visitors = a lousy page. Google knows this and has worked it into its algorithm. (If they hadn't, most of us would have been disabled in the first month.) Really, man, it's OK. The sky isn't falling. I promise you.
If you're going to disable bookmarks, you should close all your forums, too. And erase all your mailing lists. And shut down your blog. And change your content so that no one will want to visit your site more than once. In fact, why not move to a new domain name every six months, so that your past visitors won't know where to find you?
