I want to apologize for my quick judgement without hearing your story. What can I say? I have been up all night.

you could email Google and politely ask why you were dropped and plead your case with them, but as for signing up with a different site....google has all your personal information so I would guess it is the person and not the site that is banned.

Please relate what happened.
