It really depends from site to site. With AdSense each click will result in money, with CJ you can have thousands of clicks and maybe earn only a few dollars. It really depends on your site, your visitors and the affiliate program you chose. If you have some highly targeted visitors then it will almost always be worth it to use affiliate links. Affiliate links have lots more potential to generate cash than AdSense.
