Well... didn't think adsense has come to behavorial advertising as yet [its contextual] so possible conclusions:

1) Does the URL of your b2b has anything related to home business [home-biz.html]? URL's are important. Try changing your URL name to force a re-index as it will become a new page for the adsense bot.

2) Have you copied some part [meta tags/ structure] which still have home business stuff on it?

3) Check for keyword density. You can find some online tools if you search for "keyword density tool" on google. See which keywords have the highest density.

Do the URL name change test anyway and wait a few minutes.
