I addressed this last time, back in March: [webmasterworld.com...] 'whether unrestricted and wide-spread conduct of the sort engaged in by the defendant . . . would result in a substantially adverse impact on the potential market for the original.' Google devalues information on web pages by providing snippets and caching websites. Are you as outraged at Google as you are at scraper sites?
