Obviously the merchants are not bidding or participating in the content network for that term -- OR google has algorithmically determined that generic adverts work better on that blog.

Find a well ranked page about a high end widget model number, which has adsense on it, and you'll see adverts that are spot on, as long as that page has an appropriate title, is in the google cache etc.... (i.e. a quality page that google has spidered for adsense and is in the serps).

Would like to see google do something like pricegrabber and others who require two clicks to get paid.
