Will it be a problem, if Google finally comes to review my NEW web site and see that it already has ads on it.

Yes it might be, send them another email explaining you have made a mistake and you have used your existing publisher code on the new web site, they will reply back with a canned reply saying you don't need to contact us each time you put the code on another web site but a least it puts you in the clear for a possible duplicate account which you do not need and further more you are not allowed to have.

its better to be safe than sorry...you only get one chance, dont blow it
