Here's your problem. You want the judge to let you off with a warning. So maybe, just maybe, you have a right to hope if you lay out the facts for the judge, you show that you understand what you did was wrong, and then demonstrate clearly that you will not do it again because you have undergone a profound personal transformation. But instead, you come before a jury of your peers - WebmasterWorld - and you not only show no remorse, you show no recognition what you did was wrong. You ask us whether we know why Google was banning you? Isn't it as clear as day? You stole from people. And then you have the temerity to blame your friends for clicking too much. No, the problem lies squarely on your shoulders, chum, and any judge in his or her right mind would dress you down severely and show you no remorse in the sentencing.
