Google will mail you a check within 30 days after the end of each calendar month that Google AdWords ads are running on your site if your earned balance is US $100 or more.

According to the current situation, I do not think that Google could "mail" out the checks by Aug. 30. Even after Google completes the auditing and publishing the earnings, it would take several more days to cut and mail the checks because it looks currently Google outsources the service from the third party.

I think Google should update the TOS/FAQ as well as the message shown on the "Account Information" page.
