boycotting the entire third world is hardly fair or proportionate
Funny how "Stop scrapers by blocking certain countries" is considered sound advice, but stopping the flow of money to scrapers in those countries isn't. I'm not interested in being "fair" to someone 15,000 miles away when my livelihood is at stake. I'm sorry your neighbor is a scumbag. But life isn't fair.
That's not exactly a fair statement as not all scrapers use AdSense nor are all 3rd world webmasters scrapers. There is an intersection of the two groups, but they aren't one in the same in all cases.
I never stated that there aren't scrapers operating in the United States. But pretending that the majority of them aren't in the third world is silly.
I don't have to kill 100% of the weeds in my lawn to keep it healthy. I just have to get most of them.
