I have a recurring issue with Google and Adsense regarding the response to my DMCA orders & reports to the Adsense team.
My site has never recovered from the 2011 hit. Since then I am ranked around 9 or 10 for my critical keywords & most of the top slots are filled by sites that are stealing the content from my website & pirating my original fonts & artwork.
These pirates and Google have been drinking my milkshake for over 2 years now, making steady money from my material & hanging me out to dry. When thousands of sites pirate your material it is very difficult to police the entire internet to try to keep the piracy at bay & maintain the value of your hard work. I do what I can in this regard however it's an impossible battle when combined with the fact the Google organic search gives the pirate sites the whole first page. Piracy of my material is also wide spread on youtube generating even more money for Google & cutting even further into the value of my life's work.
Both Google search & Adsense teams tend to reject or ignore about half of my requests to take action. A number of pages previously de-indexed return to life later, still funded by Adsense, still ranking. A number of sites I've reported in the past are most definitely serial abusers & yet they're still able to maintain Adsense sponsorship & ranking.
Doe's anyone have any experience in actually dealing with the Adsense team regarding piracy? At what point does Google's funding & enabling of Piracy like this become willful or actionable? Has anyone even tried? I'm not Viacom or Warner but suddenly I can understand their position.
