Do you think my best option is to create another adsense account with different name, IP, post address and to create new blogs where to place my adsense code?
Well no. First of all, I did look at a couple of your sites before the links were removed, and you don't have any unique content on them (which is one of their requirements) It's all stuff that can be found a thousand times on a million other sites. Second of all, Google is pretty smart about figuring out stuff like this (LOTS of people try to scam Google, and some are very sophisticated) and they have all kinds of systems in place to catch this. So even if you changed all that, if you log in from the same IP or the same part of the world, or there are any other similarities, odds are, Google will figure it out.
Unfortunately, once you're out you're out. On the scale they operate, they aren't interested in second chances.
