impressions from javascript-enabled browsers are not included

I reversed the meaning, I should have wrote "only impressions from javascript-enabled browsers are included". Just proves that nobody reads what I write... :-)

I also rarely get PSA/Alt Ads (to the point where I don't bother to config an alt ad) but it might still affect some.
