Never been a problem for me, and I get people mentioning my sites in newspapers, TV, magazines, etc. (one TV station one time ran a commercial with my URL in it - I didn't see it as it didn't run locally, but a bunch of users on Facebook told me about it) Last year someone I never heard of wrote a generic article for Huffington Post about my topic, and added a link to my site as a reference. Who knew? I didn't find out till the traffic started coming in.
If you are *that* worried about it, then put in a big ole link to an About page so if they're curious about you they go there (or when you post your link to your site, post the About page URL and not a page with ads)
But seriously, I doubt you need to worry. After the first one, check your analytics and see if your direct source AdSense clicks go way up.
