@sgod how were you able to make the right sidebar go to the top of the main content div?

@dataguy - I've spent lots of time on this, and yes you are not allowed to hide (display:none) anything with an ad in it as this really messes up adsense stats (not to mention T&C's).

However I use dfp and only make the adslot call if a div is visible. Works really well for responsive design, just a bit tricky to implement.
