My view is if they don't want to see Ads then respect that. Rule#1? Don't annoy your visitors.

This small minority of folks aren't going to click anything commercial so why waste time and energy with complicated schemes to defeat them?

Back to Amazon? You can only display banner Ads and they aren't worth a frankfurt.

If you have any nous whatever, you must have Amazon plain vanilla text links on your site. The AdBlocker you %^&* off and leaves, just might be the person who could follow one of those links to Amazon and buy your recommendation.
