Unfortunately Google show ads based on the user's location rather than their browser language. This means that travel sites end up showing ads in the language of the country being visited instead of the user's language.
Obviously this doesn't produce well targeted ads on travel sites.
So, if your site is in English, surely it would make sense to display ads only in English?
