The Ad networks stats (total #s) on one of my sites are much better than yours.
Still, the total number of clicks is very low, not as low as yours, but very low as compared to Adwords.
I think, CTR is the main factor to consider - Blocking this ads, may free up impressions for clicks. Hopefully.
