You're right! I'm was being a little hard.

From my experience Google doesn't go around throwing away money for no good reason.

I know this for a fact, All Adsense Account "And AdWords Account" bans require a human inspection "not a robot or algorithm". Search Ranking can be affected by robots not Adsense or AdWords.

So for your account to be banned you must be doing something blatantly wrong and easily seen by a human looking at your site or data.
