Did the mobile style arrows next to text ads roll out for the first full day yesterday?

I couldn't say, I've been seeing them for at least 2-3 months intermittently over all my sites but now seeing them on all leaderboards and squares.

The strange thing is that I'm not seeing them on many other sites so far.
