1. I am correct with my answer. However, if you have made MULTIPLE adult violations for a number of sites then yes, your account will be disabled. But we're talking about the OP's case here.

2. 3 days is the time Google give the publisher to make changes to his site. After 3 days, and if the publisher still has not rectified the problem, he will received a final email to make the changes or else Adsense will be disabled from displaying on that site.
