I did it to another page in the same section, and renamed that to 1.html and again, the link units appeared.

I was about to write to John (AdTrafficQuality) about this and let him know. I rechecked the 0.html 1.html etc. and now those link units are not showing. Oh well, less money for Google, less money for me.
