Was it general email or sent by a rep telling which ad to put where on which page. I got an email earlier this year, and followed his advice(actually after second email). Now when I look at the ad performance of this year, the RPM has climbed up. In my case the rep advised to pull the top leaderboard down (so say on 1280x800 it's right at the bottom of the screen).
