I see a lot of activity from bing and yahoo IPs, that come without a proper user agent and... they take .js files. So, it's safe to assume they also take the adsense .js. they are obviously bots, which take down ctr, because they don't click the ads. Or even worse, they could generate invalid clicks. There's no way to tell. Either way, this could put you in the smart pricing list...
