I read somewhere on WebmasterWorld, that publishers should stick to the Google recommended ad sizes. I moved a few things around on one site, and changed all to the recommended adsense ad sizes. That made a huge difference (about 2X)

What is the one thing that made a big difference to your Adsense income?
