I have the same issue.

I wish they would simply allow us to delete ads. This would be the cleanest, easiest way of dealing with it in my opinion.

The fact that they show up in the reports make me think they are effecting the rest of the account as far as smart pricing and overall stats.

I don't think it would kill google to let us delete/disable these ads.
