People are at the stores. This is the biggest shopping day for brick and morter shops of the year. It would make since that online stuff might be down. I'm sure online traffic is down generaly. Also a lot of people are off work and work is the only place the go online. Of course as always there are always exceptions. Somebody may have their biggest day today.
