One account that wasn't affected received an email to say that its been paid.
I then accessed the email account of the one that was affected, and there was a similar email.
I haven't yet checked with the bank because they always seem to keep it for days on end to make more money on the interest. But I am confident that it is there for both accounts. Yours should be the same.
